Here you will find information about inviting people to your Group, as well as moderating in your Group.

Inviting others to your Ronday Group

Inviting friends and co-workers is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Press the “Invite” button from the Ronday menu. If you are in a Ronday Space, instead locate the “Invite Users” button on the left sidebar.

1. Enter their email addresses in the area provided and press “Enter” on your keyboard.
2. Press the green “Invite” button and we will send them an email invitation for you. Or, you can copy the Invite Link and send the invitation yourself.
3. Your friend will need to create a Ronday account if they do not have one already.

Protect against bad actors with kicks and bans

To help when a Ronday Group member is causing trouble, we’ve provided some moderation tools.

To use moderation tools in a Ronday Space, do the following:

1. Click on the “Space Info” icon on the left sidebar.

2. Find the individual you want to moderate, and press the “•••” by their name.

3. Choose one of the options below:

   | Press “Kick” to temporarily remove them from the Space.

   Note that they can immediately re-enter any of your Spaces so long as they are in your Ronday Group. | Press “Ban” to kick the account and prevent re-entry.

   This will deactivate their account from your Ronday group. They will not be able to view your Group or join your Spaces. | | --- | --- |
